Dolomite production

Custom-packaged Dolomite Lime with your branding. Available in 50kg sacks or 1T jumbo bags. MgO ≥18%, CaO 33%, mesh 60 or 80 options.

Clay production

Clay binding agent manufactured to your specifications for NPK formulations. National demand ~30,000 tons annually — we can produce against your purchase commitments.

Project SPK fulfillment

We fulfill project work orders (Surat Perintah Kerja) for government tenders or large corporate clients. Quota-based production within our monthly capacity.

Flexible packaging

Choose between standard 50kg sacks, 1T jumbo bags, or work with us on custom packaging — your label, your bag format, your distribution.

How it works.

Engagement steps

Initial inquirySend us your requirements: product (Dolomite/Clay), target volume, packaging format, delivery dates, and branding details.

NDA (if confidential)When the engagement involves proprietary formulations, exclusive packaging design, or confidential branding, we sign a mutual NDA before sharing detailed specifications.

Quote & sampleWe provide a quote within 24-48 hours. For larger orders, we can prepare a sample batch for your QA approval, with a Certificate of Analysis attached.

MOUFor ongoing engagements, we sign a Memorandum of Understanding outlining intent, commercial framework, exclusivity (if any), and target volumes. Non-binding, but signals serious commitment from both sides.

Master Agreement & SPKThe Master Maklon Agreement formalizes the relationship — quality specs, IP rights, payment terms, delivery, dispute resolution. Each production run is then issued as an SPK (Surat Perintah Kerja).

ProductionWe allocate factory capacity to your order. Production lead time is typically 7-14 days depending on volume and current schedule.

QC & deliveryEach batch is tested and accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Delivered FOB Lamongan factory, or arranged shipping nationally with Surat Jalan documentation.
