Terms of service.

This website is provided for informational purposes. Product specifications, capacities, and pricing are indicative and subject to change. Final terms are confirmed in writing per individual quote or work order (SPK).

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed by mutual written agreement, signed SPK, or proforma invoice acceptance. Payment terms are agreed per transaction (commonly DP 30–50% on order, balance before shipment).

Dolomite Lime: MgO ≥ 18%, CaO 33%, mesh 60 (±6% water) or mesh 80 (±3% water). Clay and NPK formulations are produced to client specifications under Maklon agreement. Buyer is responsible for verifying suitability for their intended application.

Default delivery is FOB Lamongan factory unless otherwise agreed. Shipping arrangements, insurance, and import documentation are buyer's responsibility unless explicitly included in the agreement.

Quality claims must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery with photographs and batch identification. Acceptable claims are addressed with replacement product or credit note at our discretion.

Maklon (contract manufacturing) engagements are governed by a separate written Maklon Agreement specifying specifications, volumes, branding rights, lead times, and pricing structure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, at the Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya.
